Your bricks need a home, so you must have a bag for the GORUCK Challenge. You have two options:
(1) You can bring your own bag, any bag.

(2) You can purchase a brand-new GORUCK rucksack for 20% off retail price.  This is done when you register for your Challenge (i.e. NOT on goruck.com). When you start the registration process there will be an option to order gear for 20% off. GORUCK does not otherwise discount its gear; this is a discount you’ll earn at the Challenge. If you do not order gear at the time of your registration, you can do this later – just email info@goruckchallenge.com and we’ll hook you up.

GORUCK rucksacks are the best for the Challenge (and for everything) — and the Challenge will serve as proof.  After your Challenge, it will be dirty, broken in, and perfect — and you won’t ever want to part with it. If for whatever reason you wish to return it after your Challenge, you can do so for a full refund. A few notes: you will have to mail it back to our factory in Bozeman, Montana within one week of your Challenge, and you’ll have to clean it (or pay $25).

There are four different rucksacks you can pre-order:
GR1

• GR1 is the classic Challenge ruck and comfortably holds everything you’ll need with room to spare. If you have one ruck in your life, this is the right answer.

RADIO RUCK

• Radio Ruck is smaller than GR1, and larger than the ECHO, and comfortably holds everything you’ll need.

ECHO

• The ECHO is the smallest of the GORUCK rucksacks, and is used outside of the Challenge as a small on-the-go pack.
• Strong Recommendation: Most Challenge takers find the ECHO to be too small and most people under 5’8″ wish they had bought either the Radio Ruck or the GR1. We encourage you to buy the ruck you want for your daily life, but please know that your bricks, water, and everything else you bring will not fit in your ECHO, especially if you think you need to bring a bunch of extra stuff.

GR2

• GR2 is big and you’ll fit everything you need and then some.
